The original purpose of our live cameras was to record and document the variety of wildlife at the Tufa Field SNCI.

This has been a very successful exercise, producing many memorable moments which we hope will continue to inform new residents of the site and provide historical context as ecological conditions continue to decline in Bath and North-East Somerset.

Since work has started on this site, the major mammals, birds, butterflies etc. have left and are no longer seen, with many seemingly died.

Therefore we have removed these cameras to protect the privacy of workers at the site.

We continue to monitor the condition of the field site and report breaches to planning conditions, health and safety etc. with the hope that some aspects of the site can eventually recover.
